Snehasish has been practising as an Advocate-on-Record before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India since 2011. His core areas of competence relate to Writ Petitions, SLP’s and all types of Commercial And Civil Litigation relating to Contractual Disputes, Tenders, Arbitrations Taxation (Excise & Customs, Income Tax As Well As Sales Tax), Property Law, Insurance Law, Petroleum Law, Company Law, Constitution And Various Regulatory Work.
